Strachan Foundation Workshops

The Strachan Foundation offers workshops for its grantees in:

Strategic Planning: We promote a participatory approach to strategic planning that helps organizations to clearly articulate their objectives and maintain focussed programs.

Evaluation: These workshops acquaint participants with the basics of program theory, the use of logic models, how to identify measurable outcomes and develop project indicators, and how to communicate results effectively.  The workshops are highly participative and apply each topic presented to current participant projects. Proposal Writing: These workshops help organizations to write clear and concise proposals.
